📑 How to View Your Pattern
All patterns are delivered as PDF files. These can be opened and printed from most devices. You will need the free PDF reader from the Adobe website.
❓ Trouble Downloading or Opening?
Make sure you have a PDF reader installed. No special software is usually required. If you’re still having issues, try opening the link on a desktop or laptop computer instead of a mobile device.
🔗 How do I access tutorial links?
Some tutorials are linked directly within the PDF pattern. For best results, test the links on a desktop or laptop computer, as mobile apps may occasionally cause issues.
🧶 My project looks different from the photo.
This is usually due to differences in yarn choice, hook size, tension, or even lighting when the photo was taken. Don’t worry—your project will still turn out beautifully unique!
✏️ I found a mistake in the pattern.
Each pattern is carefully tested, but on rare occasions, an error may slip through. If you spot something, please let us know through our Contact Page or email us directly at contact@katiemccrochet.com so we can correct it.
💡 Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Yes! You’re welcome to sell finished items made from my patterns. Please just credit me as the designer (Katie McCrochet). 🙂
🚫 Can I share or resell the pattern?
No. Sharing, copying, or reselling the pattern is prohibited under copyright law. Purchasing a pattern gives you the right to create items from it, but not to redistribute or sell the pattern itself.
📧 I didn’t receive an order confirmation.
First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, log in to your account page where all your orders are listed.
🔄 I ordered the same pattern twice.
No worries! Just send us an email, and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund for the duplicate order.

Because patterns are digital files, they can’t be returned once downloaded. Refunds are only offered if there’s a genuine problem with the pattern. Each design is carefully tested, so mistakes are very rare—but if you ever run into an issue, please reach out and I’ll be happy to make it right. 💕
